  • Fantastic app! Kids increased verbal scores 70 points after learning the 250 words. Great way to “master” them!!!!!!!!

  • I've tried other applications, but so far this is the only one that is fun and doesn’t bore me to death. It really is like a game, and helps you memorize words, since it makes sure you see a word repeatedly before moving on to another set of words. Even when you have mastered the word, you may see the word again as a synonym or antonym of another vocab word. Surprisingly, knowing the connotation of a word helped me remember what that word means. It's really nice to see all those green checkmarks, with some red x marks, and most of all those stars. After you master a certain number of words, they congratulate you with a picture. One of the pictures was a picture of a house with lines going through, implying "through the house!" I bought this app for five dollars and it was worth every penny, but now it costs a dollar so you should definitely buy it! It really is like a game. There are some easy words that you are bound to know/ think you know that you won't get discouraged or bombarded with hard words. But I've definitely learned new words that I've never even heard of before!
